Delivery in the Netherlands
Ordering at Arriba is easy! In collaboration with DHL, every order placed on working days (Monday to Friday) before 11 p.m. will be shipped immediately so that you can receive the order the next day. In addition to the super-fast delivery, Arriba Nutrition offers free shipping on orders over €60 (for orders up to €60 within the Netherlands, we charge a €3.95 shipping fee, outside the Netherlands we charge up to €7,95).

Delivery via DHL
DHL will deliver your order to the address you specified. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be delivered to the neighbors or offered again later. The day and time of the 2nd delivery depends on the day of the 1st delivery. If you are not at home with the 2nd delivery, you will receive a note in the letterbox. It states at which DHL Service Point you can pick up the package. You have 7 days to collect the package, otherwise the package will be returned.
Returns
After receiving your products, you have 14 days to notify us if you want to return the products. When you have reported that you wish to return the products, they must be demonstrably returned to Arribanutrition.com within 14 days.
Products for which hygiene is important, such as tablets, capsules, powders, drinks, creams, oils and other sealed products, can only be returned unopened and in undamaged condition (possibly with intact seal). If you have damaged products during use, we can charge this.
The purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after cancellation.
